Securities - Revised CSA Staff Notice 51-327 Guidance on Oil and Gas Disclosure

December 29, 2011 - This Canadian Securities Administrators Staff Notice, originally issued February 27, 2009 and revised December 30, 2010 provides guidance on compliance with aspects of National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities.  This Notice is now further updated to discuss observations by CSA Staff in reviewing disclosure in light of recent amendments to NI 51-101 and to re-emphasize or expand guidance on some issues discussed in previous versions of this Notice.
